Fruit by MoPhi ("Site"), owned and operated by Humming Bird 517 L.L.C. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website and interact with our products and services.

​Order Processing

Orders are processed within 4-6 weeks. Custom and made-to-order items may require additional time. If your order needs more time for processing, you will be notified by email.

Digital products (eBooks, guides) are delivered immediately or within 24 hours after purchase.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Methods: We ship using trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier and method are selected based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

 

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order size, and selected shipping method.

 

Shipping Area: We ship within the United States only, we do not offer international shipping currently.

 

Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Arrives within 3–7 business days after shipping.

  • Expedited Shipping: Arrives within 1–3 business days after shipping.

Note: Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.

 

Packaging: Your order will be packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely. All items are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

 

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, and we cannot replace items marked "delivered" by the carrier. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.

We will assist you in resolving the following issues in our control:

  • If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage to begin a claim for a replacement or repair.

  • If your item is incorrect upon arrival, please contact us immediately to begin a claim for replacement.

 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Jewelry: Each piece is handmade to order. All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged. In the event of damage during shipping, please notify us within 14 days with photos to arrange a repair, replacement, or store credit.

 

Custom Orders: Custom designs are payable in advance and are non-refundable.

If your jewelry arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We will gladly offer one of the following solutions, at our discretion:

  • Repair of the item

  • Replacement of the item

  • Store credit equivalent to the original purchase price

Botanical Products: Due to the personal and handcrafted nature of these items, all sales are final. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. A replacement or store credit will be offered.

 

Digital Products: All sales of digital items are final and non-refundable once delivered. If you experience issues accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us for support.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, production begins, and cancellations are no longer accepted.

Once your order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

Custom Orders

All jewelry and botanical products are personal, and handmade and therefore all sales are final. Custom orders require a 50% deposit, are payable in advance and are non-refundable.
