Q: What if I don't like my purchase?

A: See: Returns & Refunds. Due to the handmade-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That's why we have a straightforward returns and refunds policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply follow our guidelines for a smooth return process.

Q: Is my data safe using your site?

A: See:Privacy Policy. Protecting your privacy is our priority. Our privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Rest assured that your data is handled with the utmost care and in compliance with privacy regulations.

Q: How do I clean my Jewlery?

A: Selenite, Gentle natural light (sun or moon), or Gently clean with mild soap, warm water, and a lint-free or microfiber cloth. Store your copper piece in a cool, dry place, preferably in an airtight container to prevent tarnishing. Avoid harsh chemicals, and prolonged exposure to moisture and oils.

Q: Why is my copper turning color?

A: Real copper reacts with air and moisture through oxidation resulting in a tarnish or patina. Our pieces are 99% pure copper and untreated so they may patina quicker.

Q: Do you wrap crystals provided by customers

A: This is on a case by case basis.  Send us an email with a picture of the crystal and we will let you know.

Q: Is it normal for me to feel tingling when I touch your jewlery? 

A: What you are feeling is the beneficial natural resonance of the crystal. Many have Piezoelectric properties and are imbued with the energy of MoPhi.

Q: When I received my jewelry I felt the energy, now I don't. Why is that?

A: Your crystal may need a recharge.  Simply place it in natural light for a few hours and you should be go to go.
