Shipping and Delivery Policy

Thank you for supporting Fruit by MoPhi ("Site"), owned and operated by Humming Bird 517 L.L.C. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Each product is crafted with care, intention, and attention to detail. Because of the nature of our offerings, we maintain the following shipping and delivery policies:

Processing Time:


Orders are processed and shipped within 4-6 weeks. Custom and made-to-order items may take additional time to create, and you will be notified if your order requires more time for processing.

Shipping Methods:


We ship via trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The method of shipping depends on your location and the size/weight of your order. Delivery times may vary based on the carrier and your destination.

Shipping Rates:


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and the selected shipping method.

Order Tracking:


Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package’s journey.

Shipping Area:


We ship only within the United States; we do not offer international shipping currently.

Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3–7 business days after shipping.

  • Expedited Shipping: If selected, your package will arrive 1–3 business days after shipping.

Note: Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or holidays.

 

Packaging:


Your order will be packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely. All items are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages:


We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, and we cannot replace items marked "delivered" by the carrier. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.

 

 Our assistance includes but is not limited to resolving the following issues:

  • If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage to begin a claim for a replacement or repair.

  • If your item is incorrect upon arrival, please contact us immediately to begin a claim for replacement.

Order Changes and Cancellations:


Once your order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
