​Thank you for supporting Fruit by MoPhi ("Site"), owned and operated by Humming Bird 517 L.L.C. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Each product is crafted with care, intention, and attention to detail. Because of the nature of our offerings, we maintain the following refund and returns policy:
Jewelry

Each piece is handmade to order. All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged. In the event of damage during shipping, please notify us within 14 days with photos to arrange a repair, replacement, or store credit.
Custom Orders: Custom designs are payable in advance and are non-refundable.
If your jewelry arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We will gladly offer one of the following solutions, at our discretion:

Botanical Products
​
Due to the personal, handcrafted nature of our botanical products, all sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or store credit as appropriate.

Digital Products (e.g., eBooks, Guides)

All sales of digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
