Booking Policy
Thank you for supporting Fruit by MoPhi ("Site"), owned and operated by Humming Bird 517 L.L.C. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). All sessions are crafted with intention, presence, and care. This booking policy outlines how we honor your time—and ours—through mutual understanding and clear communication by maintaining the following booking policies:
Initial Consultation – Complimentary
Your first consultation is offered freely as a gesture of welcome. This session allows us to connect, understand your needs, and determine how our work may support your journey. There is no obligation to continue, though space is held with full presence.
Follow-Up Sessions & Deposits
If you choose to book a second consultation or subsequent service:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session time.

This deposit is applied toward the full service amount.

Remaining balances must be paid prior to or at the time of your session.
Deposits are non-refundable as time, energy, and preparation are devoted in advance for your personalized experience.
Rescheduling
You are welcome to reschedule up to 24 hours in advance of your session. Please use the original booking confirmation link or contact us directly.

Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

We understand life unfolds in unexpected ways. In the event of an emergency, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we can respond with grace.
Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours in advance may apply the deposit toward a future session.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, or missed entirely without notice, are considered no-shows. This results in a forfeited deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
Payments
All sessions must be paid in full by the time of service. Payments are processed securely online. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
